      Dr. Arreola is the best thing to happen to me since my stomach issues started years ago. She actually took the time and listened to my symptoms. She was able to find the root of the issue, create a detailed protocol for me to follow to fix it, and helped me through the whole process. I couldn't recommend Dr. Arreola more.       I am so happy to have worked with Dr. Arreola! Since childhood, I have been plagued by digestive symptoms and have seen dozens of GI doctors, nutritionists and health coaches never to find more than temporary relief. My acid reflux was disrupting my every day life and making it hard to function despite severe restrictive diets and medication. Working with Dr. Arreola I felt personal attention and finally hopefulness that these issues could be reversed or corrected naturally. The visits were thorough and she answered all of my questions with easy to understand explanations. The protocols arrived quickly and were so in depth that I gratefully referred back to them many times throughout treatment. I understood the reasons behind every step and every supplement which helped me stick to the plan. I am now completely off my PPI medication which no other practitioner had been able to help me achieve in years. My other symptoms have all either gone away or become very minimal as I will have continual work to do for my health as always. Even though my current treatment is finished, Dr. Arreola is an invaluable resource and has given me all the information and education I need to feel confident and in control of my health.       Ever since I was a kid, I've had gastrointestinal problems like bloating and constipation, which none of the 4 prior gastroenterologists that I've seen in the US and Mexico, were able to help me with, and I was totally resigned to the fact that I would have to live under this condition for the rest of my life.

Then, I met Dr Carolina Arreola, and I can't even have the enough words to express my gratitude of how great I feel and how much I have improved in just three months.

I strictly followed her program, I cut off a lot of sensitive foods on my diet that were causing problems in my gut and overall health and because of that, I've improved 90% in my gut health, even my skin is softer and clearer than before. I have Keratosis Pilaris and even with that my skin is better than ever. I have so much energy, no brain fogginess, and I have more focus to get things done.

      Dr. Arreola was a blessing to work with! I have been dealing with “IBS” for years without direction or success from traditional or doctors. I suffered from every symptom associated with gut dysfunction but could never find any relief.  I gained so much insight and knowledge regarding my gut struggles from her. I’m feeling 1000% better!
